As a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Creative Arts Therapies from Drexel University, I have 15 years experience primarily supporting children with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, depression, and communication challenges. Individuals who have experienced life transitions, school difficulties, changes in family dynamics, trauma, or grief.
Integrating art psychotherapy with CBT, behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, I offer practical, playful and creative interventions for emotional expression and exploration, feelings management, and self regulation. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and supportive space where both children and families feel understood, empowered, and able to experience growth.
I always offer a free 30-min consultation call before you start therapy with me, because finding a therapist who is a good fit is important.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, eating healthy, HIIT workouts, reading fiction, audiobooks and podcasts, artmaking and crafting, volunteering, travel and adventure, interacting with nature, telling jokes, all things comedy, doing contract art therapeutic work, and spending time with my 5 nieces and nephews.
