I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and families, with a specialty in supporting neurodiverse youth and adults. Many of the children I work with experience challenges with social skills, emotional regulation, ADHD, autism, learning differences, or anxiety. These challenges can show up in many ways, including difficulty connecting with peers, frustration or anger at home or school, withdrawal from activities, or struggles expressing feelings. I understand how concerning this can be for parents, and I work to relieve that worry while helping children build confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to thrive.

Helping children feel truly understood is the foundation of my work. I use art therapy, talk therapy, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I also partner closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to ensure their adults understand them, too – so they are supported across home, school, and community settings. I offer both individual and group therapy, and I love seeing children gain confidence, connect more deeply, and navigate life’s challenges successfully.

I have over 25 years of experience, including six years as Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director of Camp Pegasus, where I supported neurodiverse children with autism, ADHD, and learning differences. I understand how hard it can be to find the right therapist, and I work closely with parents from the start—meeting with you first, then connecting with your child to build trust and support.

As a Registered, Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I focus on helping children grow the skills they need to thrive in daily life. Through therapy, they learn to process feelings, navigate social challenges, and strengthen emotional resilience—all while parents see the relief and progress that comes from a child being better understood and supported.

If you’re ready to get started, I offer a brief 30-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. I would be honored to help your child or family find the tools, confidence, and support needed to thrive.
