I provide therapy for preschoolers, children, teens, and young adults who struggle with social and behavioral challenges often stemming from ADHD, anxiety, autism and depression.
I help preschoolers and young children build their capacity for self-expression and learn coping skills. I design sessions to be playful and engaging. I want teens and young adults to feel seen and safe to share concerns as I help them develop problem-solving skills and build healthy relationships. I work with parents to identify obstacles so they can develop insights and practical strategies that give them hope that meaningful change is possible.
I recognize the importance of partnering with others and regularly collaborate with families, other practitioners, and school teams to ensure everyone is working together toward the same goals.
Using an attachment-based framework, my approach blends play, art, and evidence-based tools like CBT, helping clients express themselves, build skills and make meaningful change. Together we turn pain, chaos, and loneliness into resilience, calm, and connection.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Master’s degrees in Social Work and Child Development, I pair science-backed expertise with creativity and compassion in every session.
Outside of work, I enjoy creative expressions through crafting, clay, and watercolor and I love spending time with family and friends.
