I am professionally licensed in the United Kingdom, where I completed my clinical training and worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families before recently relocating to the United States. I am currently in the process of obtaining my board certification in the U.S.

I provide therapy for children, teens, and pre-teens struggling with challenges at school, at home, or within their peer relationships. Difficult experiences such as bullying, social isolation, academic pressure, family conflict, blended family dynamics, separation, or divorce often do not show up in obvious ways. Instead, parents may notice changes in mood, withdrawal from activities, refusal behavior, difficulty communicating, emotional outbursts, or avoidance of school. These shifts can feel heartbreaking and stressful to witness, leaving many parents wondering how best to support their child.

For children, teens, and pre-teens, these struggles can feel overwhelming and deeply isolating. Many young people do not yet have the words to explain what they are experiencing—or may worry about being misunderstood or judged. At the heart of my work is creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where children and adolescents feel respected and truly heard. Building trust is essential. When young people feel emotionally safe, they can begin to explore their inner world, make sense of complex feelings, and develop confidence in themselves and their ability to cope.

I have experience working with children and adolescents and draw from Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment-informed practices. Art therapy is powerful for all ages, but can be especially helpful for children and teens who struggle to participate in verbally driven therapy approaches. I offer a creative, safe, comfortable, and developmentally appropriate way to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen emotional regulation.

I offer both individual and group therapy. Group work provides a meaningful opportunity for children and teens to connect with others facing similar challenges, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and foster a sense of belonging. Within my supportive group environment, young people learn and practice communication skills, develop empathy, increase emotional and cognitive flexibility, improve conversation and play skills, and gain insight into their own patterns in real time.

I support children, teens, and pre-teens with trauma, anxiety, depression, social and peer challenges, identity exploration, emotional regulation difficulties, communication struggles, and family transitions. I also work with families navigating blended family dynamics, separation, and divorce, recognizing the emotional impact these experiences can have on both children and caregivers.

I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident in the therapist they choose for their child. To support this process, I begin with a parent meeting, followed by individual sessions with your child. Once therapy is underway, sessions remain confidential to protect trust and support meaningful therapeutic growth while still keeping parents appropriately informed. I also facilitate parent support and coaching sessions to help strengthen communication, emotional understanding, and support within the home environment.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help determine if we are a good fit. I look forward to partnering with you to support your child in building resilience, self-understanding, emotional growth, and healthier relationships.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking through the woods and camping in nature, as well as spending time horseback riding. I’m deeply drawn to creative expression, particularly pottery, and I love traveling to explore art museums around the world. These experiences help me to stay inspired, grounded, and connected to both creativity and the natural world.
