I often meet children who are speaking, yet not truly heard—children whose behavior is crying out for help, yet aren’t fully seen. My goal is to create a safe, trusting, and supportive environment where kids can genuinely be seen, heard, and deeply understood. No matter a child’s diagnosis or presenting concerns, this connection is always the first and most essential step.
I work with children experiencing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. In our work together, I provide a nurturing yet structured space where they can learn, grow, and thrive. I integrate art-based interventions, play techniques, and sand tray work to help children express their inner world without relying solely on words. Developmentally appropriate psychoeducation helps children understand themselves and what they are navigating, while recognizing bodily cues builds self-awareness, self-regulation, and resilience. My work helps parents feel relief and hope as they see their child become more understood, confident, and capable.
I also work with adults navigating major life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, or medical challenges. Together, we explore emotions, bodily cues, and internal patterns, and use creative approaches—including art-based interventions—to access insight, promote relaxation, support impulse control, and provide a safe outlet for emotions. The focus is not on creating “good art,” but on what the process reveals and supports emotionally and psychologically. A central part of my work is helping adults understand their full selves—their thoughts, reactions, emotions, and physical sensations—so they can recognize unhelpful patterns and begin creating new, more supportive ways of moving through life.
Across all ages, my approach is grounded in connection, creativity, and the belief that each person’s inner world deserves space, attention, and care.
Outside of therapy, I find my calm and creativity at the beach. I love walking barefoot along the shoreline, collecting shells and found objects, and creating little pieces of art right there in the sand. The beach is my grounding place—where I feel most connected and inspired.
When I’m not by the water, I’m usually spending time with my dog, Nori, a lively and lovable GSP/Dalmatian mix who keeps me on my toes and full of laughter.
