I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges. Many of my clients seek support with managing stress and anger, processing trauma, building coping skills for anxiety and depression, exploring LGBTQ+ identity, and more.
With 7 years of experience working across diverse populations in both individual and group settings, I’ve seen how powerful creative and expressive therapies can be. Children naturally learn and process the world through play—developing social skills, practicing conflict resolution, processing trauma, discovering autonomy, and building self‑esteem. Play therapy meets them exactly where they are.
I also incorporate art therapy with teens and adults. Adolescence can feel overwhelming—social dynamics shift, identities evolve, and pressures from school, family, and society can feel heavy. Art offers a safe, non‑verbal space to explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express through words alone.
For adults, creative self‑expression can deepen insight, support emotional regulation, and reconnect them with parts of themselves that may have been overlooked or silenced. No art skills are required—just openness to the process.
I continue to use classic talk therapy because your story matters, and I’m here to hold it with you. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact. When paired with mindfulness‑based art activities, this approach can help regulate the nervous system and build resilience in the face of stress.
Whether you prefer to talk it out or draw it out, I honor what feels most comfortable and natural for you.
Across all ages, one theme consistently emerges: people want to feel like their authentic selves. Together, we can work on self‑acceptance, self‑love, and recognizing the strengths you already carry.
I also support clients in improving relationships—parent‑child dynamics, social skills, communication patterns, and partnerships. Growth begins with the therapeutic relationship, and I meet each person exactly where they are.
I take a client‑centered approach, tailoring therapy to your goals, your pace, and your lived experience. I believe authenticity, connection, and creative self‑expression are essential ingredients for meaningful therapy and a fulfilling life. My role is to walk alongside you, nurture your strengths, and support your journey toward empowerment and emotional well‑being.
When I am not in session, I continue to make my own art and experiment with new ways to be creative! I also love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and unwinding with puzzles or board games.
