I provide group and individual therapy for children and teens who may benefit from additional support in order to thrive at school, at home, and in the community. I have over 6 years of experience working with youth in school and outpatient settings. As a Licensed Social Worker, I have offered Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Social Skills groups as well as individual talk and play therapy targeting topics such as grief, relationships, distress tolerance, and identity formation. I have experience working with neuro-diverse populations including those on the Autism Spectrum as well as youth with diagnoses like ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. I offer Client-Centered work, following the lead of your child and honoring their unique experiences and perspectives. I aim to create a space that is affirming, non-judgemental, and encouraging with trust at the forefront.
My mission is to form a strong foundation within your child built on positive coping strategies, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence so that they can face anything head on. When given the tools, children are able to think through their actions, replace harmful behaviors, and make wise decisions. I hope to support my clients with reframing their thoughts, reflecting on their choices, and ensuring long-term change and improved problem-solving skills.
By building social connection and demonstrating healthy communication strategies in groups, youth can form deeper friendships and express themselves in ways they might not have been able to before. Forming strong social support networks can act as protective factors against harm and decrease feelings of isolation or loneliness.
I aim to maintain strong bonds with parents so that the work can continue at home. I will collaborate with you to create meaningful changes with discipline and child-rearing strategies. I strive to work with families to identify obstacles your child might be facing and dismantle them in a joint effort. Parenting can be difficult and overwhelming at times – let’s make it easier and more effective for you.
Privacy and discretion are of the utmost importance to me while working with your family. What your child discloses to me will be kept confidential unless there are concerns for safety or the child provides clear permission to share. This allows your child to open up honestly and build trust with me as a clinician.

Outside of therapy, I have rediscovered my love for movement and fitness. I am often found in Pilates studios and spin classes working on my mind-body connection! I enjoy exploring Philadelphia with my little dog, Walter, and going on long walks to clear my head. I also cherish cozy moments at home watching the latest movies or reading a good fiction book. Recently, I’ve challenged myself with learning new creative skills like embroidery, crochet, and latch-hooking!
