3) You can expect a prompt call or email from a referral associate on our admissions team. If we have a therapist with availability at the day, time, and location that works for you, we will connect you with that therapist ASAP.
Therapists offer a free 30-minute phone consultation. These introductory calls help the therapist – AND YOU - determine whether our approach is the right fit for your child.
First, we want to learn all about your chief concerns, worries, and treatment goals for your child. Next, we describe our approach, answer all of your questions, and offer therapy solutions that might meet your child's needs.
If both therapist and you agree that our services may be a good fit and you wish to move forward with treatment, you’ll schedule an initial parent intake session with the therapist and you are on your way!
If it seems as though our services are not the right match for your child, we are wholeheartedly ethical and will not recommend therapy if it is not warranted!
If no therapist is available or if schedules don’t line up, we don’t keep a waiting list. We encourage you to try checking back every so often to see if the schcedule opened up in the location you desire.
